#1. With Yogurt

Things Required:

Raw Potato 1/2
Plain yogurt 1 tsp

Directions For Use:

  1. Take about 1/2 raw potato and peel the outer skin layer completely.
  2. Then add the potato into a blender and blend it well by adding a little amount of distilled water.
  3. After that, you have to add the plain yogurt into the blended potato mixture.
  4. Stir the mixture well until it turns to a fine paste.
  5. Then slather the mixture well on your face using your fingertips.
  6. Leave the mixture to be there on your face for about 10 minutes.
  7. Now you can start to rinse your face with warm or cold water.
  8. Then pat the area with a clean towel to make it dry.

Note:

  • Always prefer using plain yogurt for preparing this mixture, because using any flavored yogurt can cause any sort of irritations on your skin which might lead to some other side effects.

#2. With Multani Mitti

Things Required:

Potato juice 1 tbsp
Multani Mitti powder 1 tbsp
Rosewater a few drops

Directions For Use:

  1. Firstly, you should place a small bowl and add the potato juice and Multani Mitti powder into it.
  2. After that, you should add a small amount of rosewater while stirring continuously until the entire Multani Mitti powder gets dissolved completely.
  3. Stir until it turns to a fine paste.
  4. Apply the obtained mixture all over your face using your fingertips.
  5. Leave the paste to get dry for about 30 minutes.
  6. Then you can start to wash your face with warm or cold water.
  7. After that, you can pat your face with a clean towel. Then you can apply a small amount of moisturizer to prevent any dryness issues.

Things Required:

Raw Potato 1
Raw honey 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Rosewater 2 tbsp

  1. For this, you have to take about one raw potato and cut them into a few small slices.
  2. Then put the potato slices into a grinder or a mixer.
  3. Grind the potato slices until it turns to a fine paste.
  4. Then put the ground potato mixture into a small bowl.
  5. Add a small amount of rosewater into the potato mixture.
  6. Then if you have a normal skin type, you can prefer adding both the fresh lime juice and honey into the mixture.
  7. If you have dry skin type, then you can add only honey along with the mixture. And women who have oily skin type can prefer adding the lime juice into the mixture.
  8. Stir the mixture well to make all the ingredients get combined well.
  9. Then start applying the mixture gently all over your face using your fingertips.
  10. Allow the mixture to get dry for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  11. After that, you can add a small amount of water and massage in circular motions for a few minutes.

Potato juice 3 tbsp
Rice flour 2 to 3 tbsp
Fresh lime juice 1 tsp

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the rice flour into it.
  2. Then add the potato juice and fresh lime juice into the rice flour kept in the bowl.
  3. Start to mix the ingredients well until it turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  4. Then you can start applying the rice flour paste all over your face.
  5. Make sure that all the area is covered with the face mask.
  6. Then wait for about 30 minutes for the mask on your face to get dry.

  2. Once all the ingredients are added, you can start to mix them well.

  6. Then start to rinse your face with warm or cold water.

#6. With Green Tea

Things Required:

Raw potato 1
Green tea bags 2
Distilled hot water 1 cup
Cotton pad 1

Directions For Use:

  1. Firstly, take about 1 raw potato and cut them into a few small slices.
  2. Then grind them and strain the potato juice from the ground mixture separately in a small bowl.
  3. Now take about 1 cup filled with hot boiled water.
  4. Then add 2 green tea bags into the hot boiled water.
  5. Allow the green tea bag to get steep inside the hot water for about 10 minutes.
  6. Then wait until the green tea reaches a warm temperature.
  7. Now take about one tbsp of green tea and mix it with the obtained potato juice kept in the bowl.
  8. After that, take one small cotton ball or cotton pad and soak it completely inside the green tea mixture.
  9. Then start applying the green tea all over your face using the soaked cotton pad.
  10. You can apply this before going to bed and leave the mix to stay on your face for overnight.
  11. Then, you can wash your face after waking up in the morning using any cleanser.
