How To:

  1. Place 2 tbsp of gram flour in a bowl and to it add 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  2. Mix both the dry ingredients and then add 2 tbsp of cool and refrigerated milk and ½ tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Mix all the ingredients once again and make a smooth and even paste. You can take all the ingredients in the same ratio to make more paste.
  4. Clean your hands and feet with a mild cleanser to remove impurities on the skin surface.
  5. Pat your skin dry.
  6. Apply a coat of the paste on your both hands and feet.
  7. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  8. Massage in a circular motion for 5 minutes to exfoliate.
  9. Rinse it away with water.
