Things you will need:

  •   Baking soda: 1/2 Tsp
  •  Toothpaste: 1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Mix baking soda and toothpaste in a bowl to form a paste.
  2. Dampen your toothbrush using plain water.
  3. Scoop this mixture on your toothpaste and using a circular motion, brush for 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using lukewarm water.

Use this treatment once every day to get your pearly whites back.

Baking soda exfoliates the teeth and helps in detaching the tarter from the teeth. The toothpaste adds a flavour element while contributing to cleaning the teeth. Baking soda also contains antibacterial properties which kill the bacteria that cause oral damage.

Activates Charcoal Treatment

Things you will need:

  • Activated Charcoal: 1 Tsp
  • Water: As required

Procedure:

  1. Mix activated charcoal and water in a bowl to make a paste.

  5. Rinse it off using lukewarm water.

Use this treatment 1-2 times in a week.

Strawberries contain antioxidant properties which help in repairing the gum damage and curing infection-related issues. Baking soda is a natural exfoliator which removes the tarter and also makes it easy to detach the yellowness. Sea salt also exfoliates the teeth while reducing the swelling.

Things you will need:

  •  Baking Soda: 8 Tsp
  •  Coconut Oil: 8 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add equal parts of baking soda and coconut oil in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients to make a paste.
  3. Dampen your toothbrush using water and scoop out the paste on it.
  4. Brush your teeth using it in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 1 minute and rinse it off using plain water.
  6. You can follow it up with your toothpaste.

Use this every alternate day for whiter teeth.
