30 minutes rice facial at home
Since last many years, women in asian countries are using rice to enhance their beauty. Today in this video, I will tell you, how can you do DIY facial at home with this awesome ingredient.
Step #1 – Rice as FACE CLEANSER
The best part of this cleanser is that, it is very gentle on your skin so it suits all skin types.
To prepare this face cleanser you will need around half cup of rice. First rinse it with plain water to remove any dirt.
Now soak rice in clean water for 15 minutes or more
Filter this water and your gentle face cleanser is ready
Just splash this water on your face, massage gently for 2 minutes and you’re done
Step #2 – Rice as FACE SCRUB
To prepare this scrub you will need
- Lemon juice
- Green Tea Water
In a clean bowl take 2 spoons of rice flour.
In this add 1 tsp of lemon juice
Next add a tsp of honey in this
At last add one and a half tsp of green tea water in this
Mix it well and your scrub is ready
Apply this pack all over your face and leave it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes with the help of wet fingers scrub your face for 2 minutes, and then wash it off with plain water
Step #3 – Rice as FACE MASK
Ingredients required are:
In a pot take some rice. Add some water and bring it to boil
Once cooked, drain this rice. Let it cool
In a blender take 3 spoons of cooked rice, add 1 tsp of milk and 2 tsp of honey
Blend it well and your mask is ready
With the help of brush apply this mask all over your afce
Leave it for 15-20 minutes and you’re done
