5 Best Foods For Your Anti-Aging Diet

- Using a siever to strain it into a glass and add honey to it.

Lime Juice | 1 tbsp |

- Begin by washing all the fruits.
- Chop watermelon, cucumber and mint into small pieces.
- Put them in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add grated cheese, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to it.
- Mix them all well and pour it on top of the fruits and veggies.

Red Pepper Flakes | Pinch |
Kosher Salt | 1/2 Tsp |
Ground Black Pepper | 1/4th Tsp |
Lemon | 1 |
Procedure:
- Begin by separating the kale leaves from the stems. Wash them in order to remove impurities.
- Once done, chop it coarsely. Take a pan and add some oil into it.
- Heat it for a couple of seconds, and then add garlic and red pepper flakes to it. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add kale to it and stir well. Add salt and pepper to add flavour. Keep stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Take it off the flame and season with some lemon juice. Eat it up.
You can replace your heavy dinner by eating this salad every night.
