5 Incredible Sheet Masks That Actually Work & Will Give You Glowing and Healthy Skin
The sheet mask is comparatively a recent addition in the skincare world. All due thanks to the Korean beauty industry. These masks not only hydrate the skin but also repair skin damage. A sheet mask is a combination of a mask, a serum, a moisturizer and also a toner. Here are some homemade masks which you can use in order to get healthy and glowing skin.

Honey Mask
Things you will need:
Manuka Honey | 1/2 Tsp |
Powdered Bee Pollen | 1/16 Tsp |
Propolis Tincture | 10 drops |
Honeyquat PF | 5 drops |
Jelly extract | 2 drops |
Warm Water | 30 g |
Sheet Mask | 2 |
Procedure:
- Take a vessel, add honey, pollen, propolis, honeyquat, royal jelly, and warm water in it.
- Add mask nuggets to it and let them fully hydrate.
- Unfurl each nugget and place it on your face.
- Line it up around the mouth, nose, and eye holes.
- Leave it on for 20 minutes, and discard the sheet mask.
- Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.
- Use some serum or moisturizer to lock the goodness in.
Use this mask 2-3 times in a week to get glowing skin.

Rosewater, Argan Oil And Honey
Things you will need:
Cotton Muslin | 12-10 |
Rosewater | 1 tbsp |
Argan Oil | 1/4th Tsp |
Honey | 1/2 Tsp |
Vitamin C powder | A pinch |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add rosewater, argan oil, honey and vitamin C powder in it.
- Mix all the ingredients really well.
- Take a sheet paper and place it on your face.
- Use a pencil and make markings for your eyes, mouth and nose. Cut it off.
- Place the paper as a trace on top of cotton muslin and cut it in its shape. Don’t forget the eye, nose and mouth holes.
- Now, soak the mask into the mixed ingredients until it totally absorbs it.
- Apply the mask to a clean face and leave on for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the mask gently and massage for a few minutes.
- Wash your face and pat the skin dry.
Use this mask 2-3 times in a week for best results.

Things you will need:
Green Tea | 1/4th Cup |
Rosewater | 1/4th Cup |
Sheet Mask | 1 Capsule |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add green tea and rosewater in it.
- Mix both the ingredients really well.
- Add 1 sheet mask capsule in the mix and let it soak.
- Once done, place it on your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Take the mask off and using your fingers, massage it in for 1-2 minutes.
- Leave it on till the skin completely absorbs all the goodness in.
Use this mask once every 3 days for best results.

Raw Honey | 1 Tsp |
Carrot Seed Oil | 2 drops |
Sheet Mask | 1 |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add green tea, rosehip oil, honey and carrot seed oil in it.
- Mix all the ingredients really well.
- Soak 1 sheet mask into the ingredients and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
- Cleanse your face in the meantime and pat the skin dry.
- Place the sheet mask onto your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Take it off the face and rinse using a mild cleanser.
- Pat the skin dry and finish with some serum and moisturizer.
Use this remedy 4-5 times in a week.

Things you will need:
Chamomile Tea | 1/4th Cup |
Milk | 1/4th Cup |
Oats | 2 tbsp |
Honey | 2 Tsp |
Lavender Essential Oil | 3 drops |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, fill it with 8 oz of water and add chamomile tea in it.
- Brew it and once done, strain it in a cup.
- Take oats and grind it till it turns powdery.
- Add that to the tea and mix it with milk, oats, honey and lavender essential oil in it.
- Mix all the ingredients really well.
- Take a sheet mask and dip it into the mask.
- Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
- Place this mask onto your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Once done, take it off the face and rinse using lukewarm water to get rid of the residue.
- Use a cleanser if need be and pat the skin dry.
- Apply some moisturizer and serum to lock the goodness in.

Oats gently exfoliates the skin and removes the dead skin and impurities off. Honey contains emollient properties which hydrates and moisturizes the skin. Coffee Sheet Mask
Things you will need:
Coffee | 1 Cup |
Paper Towel | 1-2 |
Procedure:
- Take 1 cup of water and place it on the stove.
- Let it heat till the water comes to a boil.
- Once done, add 2-3 Tsp of coffee powder in it.
- Bring it to a boil one more time and once done, take it off the flame.
- Leave it to cool down a bit.
- Now, take a paper towel and cut it in the shape of your face. Make sure you make the holes for the eyes, the nose and the lips.
- Soak the mask in the coffee concoction for about 5 minutes.
- Place this mask onto your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
- Take it off the face and rinse it off using cold water. Pat the skin dry.
