 Gram Flour  4 tbsp
 Milk  As required

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, mix 1/2-1 Tsp of turmeric powder, 4 tbsp of gram flour and some milk in order to make a paste.
  2. Apply this onto your entire face.
  3. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off using plain water.
  4. Pat the skin dry and finish with a serum.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week for visible results.

Things you will need:

 Tomato  1
 Yoghurt  2 tbsp
 Sugar  1/2 Tsp

  2. Transfer it into a bowl and add the other two ingredients in it.
  3. Mix them really well and apply it onto your face.

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of Multani Mitti, 2 tbsp of yoghurt and 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well in order to form a thick paste.
  3. Apply it on your face, neck as well as hands and massage for a while in a circular motion.
  4. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse it off using cold water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and if your skin feels dry, finish with a moisturizer.

  1. Take a bowl and fill it with water. Add in a handful of red lentils to it and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. Once done, blend it into a paste.

  4. Apply this paste onto your skin, massage it for 1 minute and leave it on for 5 minutes.

  5. Pat the skin dry and use some cooling gel to soothe the skin.

Things you will need:

 Orange Peels  of 2-3 oranges

  1. Take 2-3 oranges and peel them.
  2. Place the peels under the sun and wait till they get dry and hard.
  3. Toss the peels in a grinder and grind to make a powder of it.
  4. Take a fresh bowl and add 1 tbsp of orange peel powder and 1 tbsp of milk in it.
  5. Mix them to make a paste and apply it onto your face and neck.
  6. Let it dry for 15 minutes and rinse it off using water.
