What Would You Need?

  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • 5 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 5 drops of lemon essential oil
  • Glass Jar

How To Do It?

  1. Take a pan and add coconut oil it in and put it on heat.
  2. Once warm, take it off the heat and add all other ingredients in it.
  3. Store this cleanser in an airtight container.

Note – If your skin is acne prone then you can replace lemon and frankincense oils with 10 drops of tea tree essential oil.

What Would You Need?

  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey

  1. Take a bowl and mix raw honey and fresh lime juice in it.

3. Olive Oil Facial Cleanser Recipe (Dry Skin)

What Would You Need?

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 drops each of patchouli & sandalwood, 2 drops each chamomile & geranium, 1 drop jasmine OR rose OR ylang-ylang essential oils

How To Do It?

  1. Take 1/2 cup of extra vigin olive oil and mix it with the other ingredients.
  2. Massage this facial cleanser oil on your face slowly and in a firm motion, till the skin becomes saturated with the oil and the surface impurities, residual makeup etc is wiped away.
  3. Soak a washcloth in warm water and cover your face with it.
  4. Gently wipe your face off the oil-mix with this warm cloth and rinse your face.
  5. Lastly, apply a toner and a moisturizer.

4. Cleansing Balm

What Would You Need?

  • 2 tablespoons of jojoba oil
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of beeswax
  • 2 teaspoons of bentonite clay

  • 6 drops of frankincense essential oil

How To Do It?

  1. Take some water and put it to boil in a sauce-pan, 2 inches high should be enough.
  2. In a heatproof bowl add half a teaspoon of beeswax and place it in the pan and also add coconut oil in it, so that they can melt together.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and then add jojoba oil and stir. Then the remaining ingredients should be added in it.
  4. Transfer it in a small container having a lid. Take some amount in your hands and massage it on your skin. Then put some water and massage again.
  5. Finally, remove it all with a cleansing cloth. You can also use a foam cleanser if you feel there is still residual oil present on the skin. After this, you can use your favourite toner.
  6. Apply a serum and a moisturizer at last, also finish with an eye cream.

  • 1 part of apple cider vinegar
