Tip #1  – Include Biotin in your diet

Biotin, also known as vitamin B-7 is an essential nutrient for healthy hair. This vitamin is is associated with healthy hair, nails, and skin. Biotin deficiency can lead to hair thinning.

Hair loss is one of the most common symptom of biotin deficiency, so if you are having sudden hair loss, check you diet and make sure it is rich in biotin

Some foods rich in biotin are:

  • Eggs
  • Oats
  • Mushrooms &
  • Spinach

Tip #2

After Biotin, the next most important thing for your hair is Omega 3 Fatty acids.

Omega 3 has anti-inflammatory properties, it helps in opening up the hair follicles and promotes new hair growth.

In most of the sea foods good amount of omega 3 fatty acids is there but if you are a vegetarian you can also opt for flax seeds.

Tip #3

After biotin deficiency, other factor responsible for sever hair loss might be zinc deficiency.

Amla infused hair oil

Amla is a super food for your hair. Amla is a powerful antioxidant, it helps to get rid of hair damaging free radicals that are generated normally in our bodies.

To prepare this oil you will need

Dried amla powder – 5 tbsp

Pure Coconut Oil – 1 cup

First in a clean pan take 1 cup of coconut oil

In this add amla powder and mix it

Now boil some water in a pan, once water starts to boil, turn down the heat to simmer.

Now put your steel bowl with amla and oil mixture on top of this pan

Continue to infuse the oil for about 1 1/2 hours.

Your herbal hair oil is ready. Use this oil to massage your scalp 2 times a week
