Normal Skin

Berries, Grapes And Yoghurt

Things you will need:

 Blueberries  8
 Strawberries  1 Big
 Grapes  3
 Yoghurt  2-3 tbsp
 Flaxseed oil  1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take blueberries, strawberries and grapes. Deseed all of them.
  2. Toss them in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Add yoghurt and flaxseed oil and blend again.
  4. Take it out in a container and store in a dark place.
  5. Apply this onto your face and leave it on till it dries.
  6. Rinse it off using cold water.
  7. Pat the skin dry.

Use this mask 3-4 times in a day.

The berries contains antioxidants which help in repairing skin damage. Yoghurt balances the sebum production and flaxseed oil makes the skin plump and improves the elasticity.

Coconut oil and Honey

Things you will need:

 Coconut oil  1 tbsp
 Honey  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add coconut oil and honey into it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this onto your face and massage for 2-5 minutes.
  4. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off using cold water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and finish with some moisturizer.

Use this remedy 2-3 times in a day.

Coconut oil helps in moisturising the skin whilst honey repairs all the skin damage. Honey is also a natural humectant which helps in keeping the skin hydrated and nourished.

Dry Skin

Green Clay, Kaolin & Matcha Mask

Things you will need:

 Green Clay  40 g
 Kaolin Clay  40 g
 Milk Powder  20 g
 Matcha Powder  10 g
 Honey powder  10 g
 Spirulina Powder  5 g
 Aloe Gel Powder  1 g
 Allantoin  0.5 g

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add green clay powder, kaolin clay, milk powder, matcha powder, honey, spirulina, aloe gel and allantoin in it.
  2. Mix them really well in order to make a paste out of it.
  3. Transfer this mix into a container and store it in a dark place.
  4. Take about 2 Tsp of this powder and add 1 Tsp of rosewater to make a paste.
  5. Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes.
  6. Take a cloth and dip it in warm water. Squeeze to remove the excess.
  7. Use this to wipe the mask off and finish by applying some toner.
  8. This mask can be drying, so we recommend applying moisturizer and some toner.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week to see best results.

Avocado And Honey

Things you will need:

 Avocado  1/4th
 Honey  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and scoop 1/4th of avocado’s pulp in it.
  2. Using a fork, mash it into a puree.
  3. Add honey to it and mix them really well.
  4. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  5. Use some warm water to remove the mask and finish by using cold water.
  6. Pat the skin dry and finish by using some moisturizer.

Use this remedy 2-3 times in a week.

Avocado helps in smoothening the skin. Honey helps in repairing skin damage like dry and dull skin. This mask overall treats the dry skin and helps in replenishing it with moisture and nourishment.

Oily Skin

Gram Flour, Turmeric Powder And Sandalwood Treatment

Things you will need:

 Gram Flour  2 tbsp
 Sandalwood Powder  1 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder  1/4th Tsp
 Lemon  1/2
 Honey  1 Tsp
 Milk  2-3 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, sandalwood powder, turmeric powder, lemon, honey and milk into it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this paste onto your face and massage for 10 minutes.
  4.  Leave it on for 20-25 minutes and use cotton dipped in milk to remove the mask off.
  5. Rinse one last time using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat using this treatment 3-4 times in a week.

This mask is perfect for someone with an oily skin. Gram flour, sandalwood and turmeric helps in balancing the excess sebum from the skin. Lemon brightens the skin while milk moisturizes the skin.

Rosewater, Fullers Earth And Lemon Juice

Things you will need:

 Rosewater  1 tbsp
 Fullers Earth  1 tbsp
 Lemon Juice  1

Procedure:

  1. Take a clean bowl, add rosewater, fullers earth and lemon juice to it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well to make a paste.
  3. Apply this mask on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes till it dries.
  4. Now, using some lukewarm water, rinse your face off. Pat the skin dry.
  5. If your skin feels undernourished, we recommend using an oil-free moisturizer.

Use this mask 2 times in a week for best results.

Fuller earth contains properties which help in sucking the excess sebum out. Rosewater evens the skin tone and lemon juice helps in brightening the skin.

Combination Skin

Egg White, Coconut oil And Lemon

Things you will need:

 Egg white  1
 Coconut oil  1/2 Tsp
 Lemon Juice  1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and break open 1 egg into it. Use only the white part.
  2. Add coconut oil and lemon juice to it.
  3. Whip it using a clean fork and make a concoction.
  4. Dip a facial brush into it and apply this onto your face and massage it using your fingers.
  5. Leave it on till it dries and then, rinse it off using lukewarm water.
  6. Pat the skin dry.

Use this twice every week to see a visible difference in your skin.

Egg white helps in balancing the excess sebum production especially from the T-zone. Coconut oil provides moisture to the dry part of the skin while lemon helps in brightening the skin.
