 Celery  2 bunches
 Lime  1

  1. Take 2 bunches of celery and chop off the base and tops of the stalks.

  3. Toss the cleansed celery into juicer and juice it out for 30 seconds.
  4. Toss 1 lime into the juicer and juice again for 30 more seconds.
  5. If the juice feels too thick, mix a little water to it in order to make it a little thin.

  1. Rinse blueberries, apple, celery, cucumber and beetroot thoroughly in water to remove any impurities.
  2. Take an apple, celery, cucumber and beetroot and cut it into large pieces.
  3. Take a blender and add 1/2 cup water in it. First, add the blueberries to it.
  4. Add in the other ingredients and begin blending it.

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with foil and place salmon on it. Fold up foil around all four edges creating a basket.
  3. Season the salmon with fish seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, add 3 tbsp of butter, 1 lemon, zest of one lemon, 2 Tsp of garlic, and 2 tbsp of dill and whisk it well.
  5. Now, spoon butter mixture over the salmon.

  7. Fold the foil over the salmon completely closing and sealing the packet and bake until cooked for about 15-20 minutes.

  1. Begin by dicing the onion and clove into small pieces.
  2. Transfer these in a large skillet and add a little butter and saute these ingredients for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, soak the tofu in water for a couple of minutes and then drain the water off and let the tofu dry.
  4. Place it in the skillet and using a potato masher, mash it in an egg-like texture.
  5. Sprinkle the spices into it and mix the ingredients well.
  6. Cook the tofu for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the mushroom and red bell pepper and toss it in the skillet.
  8. Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes and eat it with a piece of bread or as it is.

This can be a healthy snack and you can eat it in the evening every day.
