Chilled coffee 1 cup
Aloe vera 2 tbsp

  1. Take your coffee and add a little water to it.

  5. Mix this concoction with the chilled milk.

Aloe vera juice 1 cup

  1. Take spinach and chop them into fine pieces.
  2. Cut open an avocado and slice them into pieces.
  3. Take the seeds out of the dates.
  4. Now, take the same blender, wash it properly to get rid of any residing taste or smell and toss in 1 cup aloe vera juice, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 chopped avocado, 1 Tsp pistachio powder, 2 seedless dates and 1 tbsp of lemon juice into it.
  5. Blend them togther till they form a thick, creamy consistency.
  6. Pour it on the same glass that you poured the while layer.
  7. The green should sit on top of it.
  8. Add in leaves of mint to garnish it.

This can be consumed every day or every alternate day as it requires a lot of preparation.

Things you need:

Aloe juice 4-5 oz
Banana 1
Frozen blueberries 2 cups full
Honey 1 Tsp
Water 1/2 cup

Spring water 1 cup
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Stevia liquid 2-3 drops

  1. Take an aloe vera leaf and peel it off removing all the thorns.

  4. you should consume aloe vera juice on an empty stomach. so it is recommended that drink the juice either a couple of hours previous to their dinner or in the early morning before you have had breakfast. This is because your body will not be able to absorb the nutrients present in the ale juice fully, if it is taken right after dinner, as the food will also be in the process of digestion at the same time.

  17. Hey guys, I want to share my story of how I used aloe vera to lose my weight. My body always was in good shape, but after I reached certain age, fat started collecting around my stomach and my waist. It as not that big a deal for me and I had just overlooked it. That was until I had a discussion with a friend of mine. He said to me that drinking aloe vera juice will help detoxify and strengthen my body. So my healthier body will easily be able to dissolve any extra fat in my body. That is how Aloe Vera aids in weight loss! I knew that aloe helps to protect and improve the skin and also it strengthens the immune system, but I had never realized how good it was for body until described by my friend. I started drinking a small amount of Aloe Vera juice three times a day, before eating. Simultaneously, I also started to do a few pushups, two or three times in a day. On the first week, I managed to do less than 15 pushups each time! The second week I could do up to 20. The third week 25 to 30 and at the fourth week I managed to do30+ pushups. The most amazing and fantastic thing is that four weeks later, all the extra fat I had, had disappeared. I’m still drinking Aloe Vera juice every day and I’m feeling healthier and stronger than ever.   26. Hey guys. Nice post! You should only be drinking about 1-2 oz. of aloe vera in a day. Don’t go more than that as you will get sick and will be in the toilet all day! I take 2 oz. and mix it with water and a splash of cranberry juice, in the morning. There is even no taste of the aloe vera with this. It always help me use the toilet. It cleans me out but not in a “detox” sort of way… There are also a ton of vitamins and nutrients in aloe vera juice that is excellent for your overall health. Just do not overdo it…. as with everything…… you should indulge in everything in moderation! That is the only healthy way. Good luck!
