Tomato, Sandalwood And Lemon

Things you will need:

 Sandalwood Powder  1 Tsp
 Tomato Pulp  2 tbsp
 Lemon Juice  5-6 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 Tsp of sandalwood powder, 2 tbsp of tomato pulp and 5-6 drops of lemon juice in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well and make a paste out of it.
  3. Scoop some of this paste onto your hands and apply it onto your face.
  4. Leave it on till the mix dries and rinse it off using lukewarm water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

Repeat this remedy twice in a week.

Sandalwood is the most trusted when it comes to skimming the excess oil as well as cleansing the pores from deeper roots.  Gram Flour  2  Tsp

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 Tsp of turmeric powder, 2 Tsp of gram flour and some rose water to make a paste.
  2. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  3. Apply this mask onto your entire face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using plain water and pat the skin dry.
  5. Finish with a serum or a moisturizer if the skin feels dry.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week for visible results.

Things you will need:

 Besan  2 tbsp
 Turmeric  A pinch
 Milk  4 Tsp
 Rose Water  1/2 Tsp
 Multani Mitti  1 Tsp
 Toothpaste  1/2 Tsp
 Lemon  1/2 Tsp
READ  30 minutes rice facial at home

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of besan, a pinch of turmeric, 4 Tsp of milk, 1/2 Tsp of rose water, 1 Tsp of Multani mitti, 1/2 Tso of toothpaste and 1/2 Tsp and lemon in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in it to make a paste out of it.
  3. Rinse your face using lukewarm water and apply this mask onto your face.
  4. Let it sit on your skin for 20 minutes and then rinse it off using cold water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

It is safe to use this mask every day.

  Fresh Aloe vera gel   1 tbsp
  Raw honey   1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel and 1 tbsp of raw honey in it.
  2. Stir the mixture in order to make a fine paste.
  3. Apply this gel onto your face and neck and leave it on overnight.
  4. Rinse it off using regular water the next morning.

Use it once every day before going to bed for best results.

 Cooked Oats  1 Cup
 Lemon  1/2

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup of cooked oats in it.
  2. Squeeze half a lemon into it and 1 Tsp of honey as well.

  4. Let it sit for half an hour and rinse it off using warm water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

Repeat this remedy 2-3 times in a week.

Oats contains clearing properties which help in rubbing the dry and dead skin off the face which causes the face to appear dark. Lemon contains bleaching properties which helps in lightening the skin and honey helps in hydrating it.

Lemon, Banana And Honey Treatment

Things you will need:

 Lemon juice  1 Tsp
 Mashed Banana  1
 Honey  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 banana in it.
  2. Use a fork to mash it into a puree. Add in the other ingredients to it and mix them well.
  3. Apply it onto your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using normal water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment two to three times in a week.

Coffee And Honey Mask

 Ground coffee  1 tbsp
 Honey  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of ground coffee and 2 tbsp of honey in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well and set aside for 1 minute.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  4. Apply the mask onto your face and gently massage while doing so.
  5. Leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse it off using clean water.
  6. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

Repeat this treatment thrice every week for best results.

Coffee helps in exfoliating the skin and removing the dead, dry skin out. Honey helps in adding moisture to skin and hydating it.  Coffee, when massaged on the skin, is also known to brighten the face.
