5 Tips To Get Soft Hair Naturally

Curd + Amla Powder

How To:

  1. Take one cup of plain curd and add two tbsp of amla powder.
  2. Mix it properly.
  3. Apply the paste with help of a color applicator on the scalp and hair.
  4. Leave it for thirty minutes.
  5. Rinse it away and wash and condition your hair with your regular ones.

How it Works:

The curd is rich in vitamin D and B5 that strengthens the hair shaft fights dandruff and makes it healthy and soft. The amla powder is rich in vitamin C that aids in hair growth and makes it soft. Use it once every week.

Coconut Oil

How To:

  1. Take four tbsp of coconut oil and heat it for a few seconds until it is warm.
  2. Massage the warm oil for fifteen minutes with your fingertips first into your scalp and then on your hair from roots to tips.
  3. Leave it for thirty minutes after covering it with a warm towel.
  4. Wash your hair with your regular shampoo and conditioner.

How it Works:

Coconut oil nourishes the scalp and the hair strands as it has the ability to penetrate deep inside the pores. It also stimulates hair follicles and makes the strands soft.

Aloe Vera + Honey

How To:

  1. Take a stick of aloe vera, peel and extract its juice.
  2. Pour it in a bowl and add two tbsp of raw honey.
  3. Mix it properly.
  4. Apply on the scalp and hair.
  5. Leave it to dry for twenty minutes.
  6. Rinse it away with normal water.

How it Works:

Aloe vera is a natural conditioner that brings shine to the hair and cleans the scalp. Honey is a humectant that retains moisture content of the hair. Use it every time you wash your hair.

Apple Cider Vinegar

How To:

  1. Take equal amount of apple cider vinegar and water and mix them.
  2. Wash your hair with your regular shampoo.
  3. Now use this mixture as a conditioner and rinse.
  4. Do not pour water once again after it.

How it Works:

Apple cider vinegar acts as a conditioner that brings back life and softness to the hair.

Egg+ Almond Oil +Yogurt

How To:

  1. Take two eggs, beat them until you get a foamy texture.
  2. Add two tbsp of almond oil and a half cup of plain yogurt that is easily available at our home.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair with help of your fingertips or a clean color applicator.
  5. Leave it to dry for thirty minutes.
  6. Rinse it away with normal water and wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
  7. Do not use warm water as it will become difficult to remove the egg from your hair.

How it Works:

Eggs are rich in fatty acids and protein that offers nourishment. Yogurt soothes and calms the scalp and hair. Almond oil hydrates the hair and makes the strands soft. Use this mix twice every week.
