Gently massage yogurt over the skin for few minutes.
Rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Yogurt with Honey
Mix 1 tablespoon yogurt and 1/2 tablespoon honey to a fine paste.
Apply the paste over the skin.
After 15 minutes, wash it off with lukewarm water.
Repeat this process 3 times a week.
Yogurt with Lemon Juice and Oatmeal
This combination makes your skin soft, supple and moisturized.
Mix 2 tablespoons yogurt, 3 tablespoons oatmeal and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Stir well and apply the paste over the skin.
After 15 – 20 minutes, rinse it off with cold water.
Or you can exclude oatmeal and follow the remaining process.
If followed regularly for 3 times a week, desired results can be achieved.

Mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt in 1 tablespoon of orange juice.
Apply the mixture over the skin and leave it for 15 minutes.
Rinse it off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
For quick results, use this process 3 times a week.
Yogurt with Rice Powder
This combination makes amazing scrub which removes white heads and lightens the skin effectively.
Mix rice powder and yogurt to make a thick paste.
Apply this mixture over the skin.
After 15 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Or you can also mix potato juice to the mixture and follow the remaining process.
Follow this process regularly for 3 times a week.
With Olive Oil and Turmeric
In this combination, rice powder absorbs the excess oil, yogurt hydrates the skin, olive oil moisturizes and turmeric lightens the skin.
Mix 1 teaspoon rice powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon yogurt.
Apply this paste over the skin and let it rest for 15 – 20 minutes.
Rinse it off with cold water and pat dry.
Follow this process once in a week.
