60-Day Scalp Massage challenge for ultimate hair growth

By Glowpink Staff

A few days ago a lady asked me this question, “I am suffering from major hair fall, so should I do massage or not?” If you also fear to do scalp massage because of hair fall, let me tell you our scalp needs to be pampered and moisturized. Good circulation is an important element in the natural hair growth journey and scalp massages are an enjoyable way to relax and boost your hair’s ability to grow. Just massage your scalp daily for 60 days and you can see the change yourself. What you need to do, for the first 30 days massage daily 1 time and for the remaining 30 days massage 2 times a week. Many of us have been doing it wrong, so let me tell you how to properly do a scalp massage. Along with that, I am also listing down a few hair oil massage recipes that you can use to massage and nourish your scalp. It is very important to massage your scalp with hot oil once in a while, it promotes blood circulation and stimulates hair growth at the same time. However, if you are allergic to any hair oil, or using too much oil breaks you out, then use aloe vera gel instead of that to get the best results.

How to do Scalp massage

  • You can massage your scalp, using the pads of your fingers with any oil of choice or none (if allergic or scalp doesn’t like oil).
  • Pour some oil into a bowl and warm the oil by placing the bowl in some hot water.
  • The oil should be warm but comfortable to the touch.
  • Or you can just use your favorite oil straight from the bottle.
  • Using the pads of your fingers, apply the oil little by little to different parts of your scalp, parting your hair as needed.
  • Then, using the pads of your fingers, work the oil into your scalp, using circular motions.
  • Slow, deliberate movements are relaxing while steady but vigorous movement helps enhance energy and circulation.
