Aditi Arya prefers home cooked food to processed food that is not easily digested by the body. She loves to gorge on a plate of fresh fruits every day. She is not a huge fan of any crash detox diet, rather she eats 5 small meals in a day and makes it a point to never overeat. Aditi Arya keeps her skin well-hydrated all day long, she drinks enough water and advises all the young girls to do the same, as this also helps to flush out toxins from the body.
Aditi Arya has a piece of advice for all the beautiful girls out there, she suggests everyone to use a moisturizer and a good primer to prevent harming your skin with make-up. Just like her, the young maidens should always carry chapstick and a pack of wet wipes for a quick touch-up.

She is also a social activist. She believes that poverty is a chronic illness and only knowledge can help the nation overcome this challenge. She started “beauty with a purpose project” and concluded that on the one hand, the elite urban population is making the most of the opportunities that the country offers but sadly the rural population is not even aware of the privileges that they are entitled to enjoy.
