What Would You Need?

  • 1 bowl of rice water
  • Paper towels

How To Do It?

  1. Soak the Paper towel in rice water for around 10 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl of rice water and soak the paper towel after making holes in it for the eyes, nose, and some space for your mouth too.
  3. Take it out of the rice water and squeeze it gently.
  4. Now place it on your face for about 15-30 minutes.

2. Weekly Toner With Rice, Honey, and Milk:

What Would You Need?

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 3 tablespoon of rice
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

How To Do It?

  1. Boil the rice with 1 cup of water.
  2. Let it be in simmer for 3 minutes roughly.
  3. Take it off the heater, and let it cool for a few minutes.
  4. Now strain the water off your rice, but do not throw the rice water and rather store in a jar and keep it in the fridge.
  5. Combine the boiled rice with 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon of honey until it forms a semi-thick paste.
  6. Massage the paste in slow on your face and neck in circular motions for a couple of minutes and then let it sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Wash off thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
  8. Lastly, using a cotton ball, apply the refrigerated water on your face.
  9. You can also use the residual rice water every night before bed to tighten the skin and get rid of dark circles too.
