Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Tea for Weight Loss

Apple cider vinegar is a very common ingredient found in our kitchens and is mostly used for making delicious salad dressings. But it can also be very helpful in weight loss. Here is how you can use apple cider vinegar for healthy weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Lemon Tea

How to:

  1. Boil 250ml of water.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey to it.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar as well.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Consume this tea while it is still hot.
  6. Have this tea once every day.

How this helps:

Apple cider vinegar can be very helpful in reducing the level of blood sugar in our body. This helps in weight loss. Having apple cider vinegar before having a meal rich in carbs can prevent an instant spike in the glucose level. Lemon juice also helps in burning fat and keeps you active due to its high anti oxidant content.


Apple Cider and Cinnamon Tea

You will need:

  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • 1/4th teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste

How to:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste to the hot water.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/4th teaspoon of cinnamon powder as well.
  3. Cover the glass with a lid and leave the tea aside for 2 minutes so that it can steep.
  4. Now strain the mixture and add 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar to the strained water.
  5. Consume this tea when it is warm.
  6. Consume this tea once daily.

How to:

  1. Boil 250 ml of water with 5 ginger slices.
  2. Strain the water.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  5. Have the warm tea once every day.

Having apple cider vinegar with the meal or before a meal can create a feeling of fullness. Hence it more likely that after consuming apple cider vinegar the person will eat less and in control. This will prevent the excess intake of calories.

How to:

  1. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to 250 ml of hot water.
  2. Let the hot water get infused for a few minutes.
  3. Strain the tea.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Have this tea once daily.
