Apply Banana Mask to Get Soft and Silky Heels

Cracked or dry heels are a cause of nightmare and embarrassment for many people.  It is caused by wrong footwear, unhealthy diet, and dehydration. Banana is a fruit enriched with natural ingredients that on application help to get soft and silky heels.


Banana Mask

How To:

  1. Take a ripe banana and blend it in a blender to get a thick and smooth paste.
  2. Apply this paste on your feet and especially on your heels with help of your fingers or a brush.
  3. Leave it to dry for at least twenty minutes.
  4. Now wash it away with lukewarm water.

How it Works:

The banana mask must be applied at least once every week. If the condition of your heels is terrible it must be applied twice a week regularly so that the healthy nutrients of banana can work its magic and you can get desired heels.

Banana + Granulated Sugar

How To:

  1. Take one ripe banana in a glass bowl and mash it properly.
  2. Add one tbsp of granulated sugar and stir it briskly for a few seconds.
  3. Apply it on your feet and heels and massage it for ten minutes.
  4. Leave it for twenty minutes.
  5. Wash it away with lukewarm water.

How it Works:

Banana is enriched with potassium and Vitamin A that softens and hydrates the skin. Granulated sugar is a natural humectant that exfoliates the dead skin cells and works as a moisturizing agent. Together they make a wonderful mask for getting soft and silky heels.

Banana + Shea Butter

How To:

  1. Take a ripe banana and blend it in a mixer to get a fine paste.
  2. Pour it in a glass bowl and add one tbsp of Shea butter to it.
  3. Mix it thoroughly.
  4. Apply this banana and Shea butter mixture on your feet and especially on your heels.
  5. It is better to cover your feet with a plastic wrap and if you are uncomfortable, do not despair leave it uncovered.
  6. Let it rest for thirty minutes.
  7. Wash it away with lukewarm water.
  8. Rub Vaseline or a moisturizer on the heels.

How it Works:

Banana is rich in Vitamin C and E, and potassium. It is a great exfoliating agent that helps in removal of dead skin leaving the heels soft and silky. Shea Butter is an inflammatory agent and is also enriched with fatty acids and natural vitamins that reduce inflammation, nourishes skin, removes dead cells and acts as a moisturizer.  Mixed together both make a great mask for treatment of heels.

Banana + Honey

How To:

  1. Take a ripe banana and mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add one tbsp of raw honey and mix it properly.
  3. Apply it on the feet and heels and leave it for thirty minutes.
  4. Wash it away with warm water.

How it Works:

Honey and banana work as a nourishing and moisturizing agent to make the heels healthy.

I fail to understand why people are so uncaring for their feet and heels. Soft and silky heels look good and give a confidence that is to be envied. Friends, make a homemade recipe of a banana mask for your heels so that you look and feel good about yourself.
