Oats-curd gentle exfoliating face scrub

This exfoliating scrub is suitable for all skin types, however, we strongly recommend a patch test beforehand.

Ingredients required:

  • Instant oats: 1 tablespoon
  • Unsweetened curd: 2 tablespoons
  • Manuka honey: half a tablespoon

Procedure:

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend it into a finely granulated scrub.
  3. Cleanse your face with a mild face wash at first.
  4. Apply this gentle exfoliating scrub all over your face.
  5. Exfoliate your skin with this scrub for about a minute or two with small circular strokes in an upward direction with a light hand.
  6. Rinse off with running tap water.
  7. Pat dry your face with a towel.
  8. Apply a toner.

Curd and Tomato Face Pack

Ingredients required:

  • Curd: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato juice: 1/2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. First of all, take the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine them together well by stirring thoroughly. You should obtain a smooth and consistent paste-like mixture.
  2. After that, apply the resultant mixture onto your face after cleansing it well and then drying it.
  3. Lastly, leave the mask on your skin for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off using lukewarm water and you are done!

  • Use this face mask once a week to lighten and brighten up your skin and impart a radiant glow to it. This mask will help balance the pH level of your skin and thus help improve its texture and complexion significantly with regular use.

Avocado and Curd Face Mask

Ingredients required:

  • Avocado: 1/4 of a ripe one
  • Curd: 1 tsp
