Today I will share 4 best easy exercises on how to get rid of double chin and neck fat permanently.

Exercise 1 giraffe kiss-
1. Firstly move your neck upside and then make a pout. Hold in that position for 20 seconds. And repeat this procedure for 2 minutes by taking small breaks of 5 seconds in between.

Exercise 2 tighten jaw line-
1. Bring forward your lower jaw and hold in this position for 5 seconds and then bring it back to your normal position. Repeat this exercise for 1-2 minutes.

Exercise 3 the scoop-
1. This position is similar to lipstick touch up. You have to bend your lower lip inside and then cover it with the upper lip and hold it for 10-20 seconds. Repeat this exercise for 2 minutes.

Exercise 4 Nose touching-
1. For this firstly support your chin with hand and then try to touch the nose with your tongue. Repeat this procedure 4-5 times.
