  • Slightly warm some extra-virgin olive oil in a microwave. Liberally rub the warm olive oil on the affected area and gently massage it so the oil penetrates deep inside the skin. Do this three times daily until your condition improves.
  • Mix two tablespoons of salt with enough olive oil to create a thick paste. Use this paste as a body scrub to exfoliate dead skin cells. Do this twice a week until your skin heals completely.

2. Aloe Vera

  3. Allow it to dry on its own, and then rinse it off with warm water.

  1. Stir one cup of oatmeal into a bathtub filled with warm water.

4. Milk

  1. Mix together one-half cup of sugar, the juice from half a lemon, and one tablespoon each of honey and olive oil.

6. Cucumber

Cucumber is a natural astringent and also contains plenty of water that helps keep the skin hydrated.   1. Add a teaspoon of wild turmeric powder, sandalwood powder, extra virgin olive oil and manuka honey in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix everything well until it forms a smooth lump-free paste.
  3. Wash your face with plain water before applying this face pack.
  4. Pat dry your face with a clean towel.
  5. Take a generous amount of this face pack on your face pack applicator.
  6. Apply a thick layer of this face pack evenly all over your face and neck.

  1. Mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 teaspoons of purified water.

  3. Soak a cotton ball in this mixture.
  4. Squeeze out the excess solution.
  5. Gently pat the cotton ball on the affected areas.
  6. Keep it on for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Wash it off with plain water.
