  • Never ever skip your wholesome breakfast. If you do not consume a wholesome breakfast then you are missing out on a dose of nutrients required by your body to function normally. You may end up snacking on unhealthy stuff as a result of it, to avoid this problem, start your day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast.
  • Make it a point to consume wholesome meals only. Cut down on snacking and gorging on unhealthy foodstuff that adds to the unwanted, excess fat in the body.
  • Do not compromise with your beauty sleep, sleep for at least 7-9 hours in a day as lack of sleep or irregular sleep cycles contribute to an unhealthy weight gain.
  • Drink coffee regularly, it is loaded with anti-oxidants and consuming coffee helps to speed up the body’s metabolism, thereby promoting weight loss.
  • Eat only when you are hungry and do not keep eating all day long unnecessarily, this does nothing but contributes to an unhealthy weight gain in the long-run.
