DIY Super Silky Summer Legs Recipe

Exfoliating legs before shaving them gives super silky legs. The easy home spa recipe with three ingredients is guaranteed to give you the smoothest and silkiest legs ever. All you need is
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup oil (any oil, coconut oil, baby oil, olive oil, etc.)


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Soak your legs in a tub for 5 minutes. Apply the mixture to your legs and gently scrub in circular motions to exfoliate. sugar scrubs are very beneficial for skin because it not only removes dead skin cells, sugar is a natural substance containing AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids). AHA reduces the signs of aging caused by wrinkles, uneven skin tone and other skin conditions. Ingredients required:

  • Red lentil powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Raw unprocessed milk: 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet almond oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Manuka honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Hibiscus flower paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Wooden spoon: 1
  • Wet towel: 1
  • Lavender essential oil: 3-4 drops

Procedure:

  1. Make sure you retain the adequate proportions and add everything in a blender.
  2. Blend everything into a coarse scrub.
  3. Clean your legs with lukewarm water.
  4. Apply this ubtan all over your legs and wait for it to dry out.
  5. As it dries, gently exfoliate in circular motions for about 5-10 minutes.

  • Bentonite clay: 4 tablespoons
  • Multani mitti: 4 tablespoons
  • Dried neem leaf powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Organic rose petal powder: 3 tablespoons
  • Epsom salt: 4 tablespoons
  • Geranium essential oil: 4 drops
  • Wild turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 3-4 tablespoons

Procedure:

  1. Add everything in a clean container to make a sticky mud mask.
  2. Set this paste aside for about 20 minutes, let it turn a little foamy.
  3. Dip your legs in warm water for at least 10 minutes before applying this mud mask.
  4. If you think it has dried out a bit then you can add a little bit of rose water or vetiver water to get the desired consistency.
  5. Apply this mud mask directly on your skin.
  6. Let it dry out.
  7. Rinse it off with a shower gel.
  8. Apply a body lotion afterward to get soft and smooth legs.
