Morning time, when our skin so fragile is the most important hour to preserve the beauty of our skin. Our morning skincare routine should be gentle and remain effective for the rest of the. But usually our face gets dull by afternoon. Today I am telling a easy routine that will preserve the glow of your face for next 24 hours and you will be looking gorgeous through out the day. It’s a simple facial that you can do every day. It’s a combination of usual CTM session with occasional scrubbing and an skin lightening face pack.
This is what you should do every morning:
Step 1: Cleansing and Toning:
Cleansing your skin everyday keeps the dirt and oiliness away, It also prevents pimples. This is what you should cleanse and tone your face with:
If you have Oily or Acne-Prone Skin – cleanse with Rose Water + Lemon Juice
If you have Dry, Sensitive & Normal Skin – cleanse with Milk or Rose Water
Immediately after cleansing and toning, you should apply moisturizer on your face. This helps in retaining the glow and avoids dryness of skin cells.
If you have Oily to Acne-Prone Skin, Moisturize with Aloe Vera gel + Vitamin E oil
If you have dry, sensitive or combination skin, moisturize with Shea Butter + Vitamin E oil
Apart from the above discussed daily routines, you should also do following activities 2 times every week:
After ceasing and toning treat your skin with Steaming:
A Bowl of Steaming Water
Use anyone essential oil like Rose, lavender, orange, grapefruit or tea tree essential oil.
Use a mix of equal quantities of Sugar + Almonds grounds +Honey
After exfoliation, apply this skin lightening Face Pack:
Mix Papaya or Banana + Apple + Besan (Gram Flour) + Sandalwood Powder + Multani Mitti (Fullers Earth) + Milk ; Apply this pack on face for 15 minutes, rinse with water.
Then end this routine with moisturizing your facial skin.
