Ingredients required :

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of Aloe vera juice
  • A bunch of parlsey or Cilantro
  • 1/2 a glass of water

Directions to follow :

  • Take a clean blender jar
  • Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put it into the jar
  • Squeeze juice from lemon into the jar
  • Add 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • Add a bunch of parlsey or cilantro
  • Add half glass of water
