There is no doubt that natural remedies are best as they are free from harsh chemicals but most of the time they are slow, you can’t expect results soon. But here I am giving you recipes of face packs that give glow instantly.


Papaya face mask

Ingredients:

Take half a bowl of papaya pulp (mashed) and add half tsp sandalwood powder to it.
Add a few drops of rose water and beat well.
Add about 1/4th tsp aloe vera gel to the mixture and mix well.

How to prepare;

Apply on the face and neck , and leave to dry for 30 minutes.
Rinse it off with water

Ingredients:

Take one banana and mash it.
Mix the mashed banana with a few drops of honey.
Add 3/4th tsp curd to the mixture and beat well.
A few drops of rose water will increase the goodness of this magical face pack.

How to prepare;

Apply on clean face and leave to dry for 15 minutes.
Clean with tap water.

Oats face mask

Ingredients:

Take about 5 tbsp of oats and soak them in warm water for 15 minutes.
Mash the oats in warm water until they get converted into a paste.
Add rose water (5 to 7 drops), sandalwood powder and curd (3/4th tsp) and beat the mixture well.
The final paste contains tiny granules of oats.

How to prepare;

Apply on face and neck and leave to dry for 20 minutes.
When removing with tap water, scrub with gentle upwards strokes for next 10 minutes and then wash.

Ingredients:

Take a tomato and mash it.
Add sugar to the mashed tomato and mix it well.

How to prepare;

Apply the mixture on your face.
Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Massage your face with mild upward strokes for next ten minutes.
Use cold water (not ice cold) to remove the face pack.

Ingredients required:

  • Organic pure neem powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Tea tree essential oil: 2 drops
  • Green tea bag: 1
  • Steam-distilled rose water: 4 tablespoons
  • Gram flour: 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera gel: 2 tablespoons

Procedure:

  1. Cut out the green tea bag.
  2. Pour out the contents in a pestle and mortar.
  3. Grind it into a fine powder.
  4. After that, transfer it in a clean container.
  5. Add all the other ingredients in it.
  6. Mix it well until you achieve a face pack with a medium consistency.
  7. Wash your face with a mild face wash.
  8. Apply a generous amount of this face pack evenly all over your face and neck.
  9. Let it dry out completely.
  10. Rinse off with tepid water.
  11. Pat dry your face with a clean and dry towel.
  12. Apply a moisturizer afterwards.

Frequency:

  • Apply this face pack twice a week to get the best results. Do not exceed the recommended frequency or else it may dry out your skin.

Gram Flour and Turmeric Face Pack for Glowing Skin

Ingredients required:

  • Turmeric: 1/2 tbsp
  • Gram flour: 1 tbsp
  • Rosewater: 1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. First of all, take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine them all together well by stirring thoroughly. You should obtain a smooth but thick paste-like consistency in the mixture.
  2. After that, apply the resultant mixture all over your face and neck in a thin layer using gentle circular massaging motions.
  3. Lastly, leave the mask on your skin for about 15 minutes before rinsing it off using cold water and you are done!
