Fitness and beauty tips that you can easily apply in 10 minutes

As we all know a healthy mind dwells in a healthy body, it is a fact universally acknowledged all across the globe and hence you should spare some time for fitness from your busy schedule. So let me suggest a few tips and tricks in that will impart a subtle glow to your skin and also keep you in shape. However, you must be regular with these exercises if you want the best results.


  • Wake up early, but do sleep right at the time so that approximately 7-8 hrs sleep is a must, never compromise with our beauty sleep at any cost if you want to look your best all day long.
  • Always walk a little, beside the bed barefoot without any slippers. You can also walk in your lawn barefoot to get the same results.
  • Take 30-40 seconds to look outside the window, have a glimpse of nature and admire. This will help you enjoy nature, concentrate on your work and also lift up your spirits.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It is a very effective method for all kidney patients to deal with kidney stones and other common health problems.
  • If possible do a little Anulom Vilom Pranayam merely for 3-4 minutes. After that, you may do all the steps of Sun Salutation to get back in shape in no time.
  • Take a proper bath with lukewarm water, not too hot(in winters) and not too chilled (in summers). It naturally detoxifies your body and regulates your body temperature as well.
  • Always take some, not much, fruits in the breakfast (even though you are suffering from constipation) with a cup of Milk.
  • Do not forget, to close your eyes and meditate while you are traveling in the Cab. It is a good way to rejuvenate yourself. You can take help of light music too.
  • Always take some eatables with you for the Brunch or Evening Snacks if they are not available.
  • A workout is very important but not necessary if you are able to find Jogging time in the evening. To me, Slow and Long-running is the best exercise and is the replacement for all workout.
  • Always take very light dinner with more Salads.
  • Last but most important, always maintain a positive attitude toward life and time. And you will see they will provide the same to you.
  • Do not hit the bed without applying your moisturizer. Your skin repairs itself at night and night cream doubles up as a catalyst in the process. So always wash your face, use a toner followed by moisturizer and ten go to sleep.
  • Keep your body hydrated, drink enough water, besides keeping you hydrated all day long, it will also give you clear skin.
  • Always remove your make up before hitting the bed, your skin ages 7 times faster if you sleep with your make up on. Besides that, there are chances that your open pores will get clogged and lead to pimples and acne break out.
  • Use a hair mask once in a while to make sure that your hair looks nice, prepare your own hair mask by beating the pulp of an avocado and add a little bit of olive oil in it. Whisk it well and your hair mask is ready. After combing your hair apply a generous amount of this hair mask all over your hair strands from the roots to the tips. Let it sit for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with running tap water. Rinse your hair with shampoo and follow up with a nourishing hair conditioner to get the best results.
  • Wear a sunscreen lotion every day, whether you are indoors or outdoors to keep the early signs of aging at bay. It will also keep ugly suntan at bay.
  • Consume a glass or two of detox water to detoxify your body from deep within. If you want a dose of hydration packed with nutrients then detox water is something that you must try.
  • If you want to remain in the pink of your health, then you must exercise every day for at least 90 minutes every day to stay in good shape.
  • Meditation calms your mind and helps you feel better, so go ahead and meditate for a few minutes every day to enjoy the peace of mind.
  • Reduce sugar consumption or have it in moderation, if you cut down sugar consumption then you will automatically look younger than your real age.
  • Use organic skin care products to make sure that your skin is not exposed to too many harsh chemicals. Although the organic products retail for a higher price it is worth the investment as it nourishes your skin from deep within without causing any harm.
  • You literally become what you eat, so you need to make sure that you eat healthy if you want to stay in good shape and want healthy and glowing skin.
  • Gorge on a bowl of healthy salads whenever you can, this will make sure that your body gets all the nutrients to function properly.
  • If you want to stay healthy then stop smoking and drinking, these habits will ultimately deteriorate your health for the worse and in some rare cases, it even leads to cancer or ulcers.
  • Limit the consumption of caffeine, consuming too much caffeine can disturb your sleep cycles in the long-run.
  • Consult a professional to prepare your diet chart, stick to it no matter what, it is better to let professionals do the needful in tandem with your lifestyle.
  • Go for a full-body medical check-up after every three months to find out if you are suffering from any disease, do not ignore the minor signs.
  • Keep your hands clean, do not touch your face too frequently without washing or else you may end up with a pimple or acne all over your face. You should not even eat anything before washing your hands properly.
  • In order to stay healthy, you need to keep your calm, so stay at peace and lead a healthy lifestyle.
