Green tea diet plan to lose 3-5 Kgs in a week

Here is a diet plan to follow when you want to lose 3-5 kgs in a week.

There two ways of tea diet following.

First – fasting tea days 1-2 times per month taking at minimum 5 cups of green tea (fresh) without any additives.

Second way – specially assorted diet meant for 7-14 days taking at minimum 3 cups of green tea a day. If thirst occurs one can replace tea with clear still water in any quantity.

First day
Breakfast: Big green apple, 100 g of rice with honey (1 tea spoon), a cup of green tea sugar free.
Lunch: 100 g of stewed or boiled vegetables, 150 g of chicken meat.
In an hour after lunch: A cup of green tea with 1-2 pieces of apricot halves.
Dinner: Fresh vegetables salad with 1 tea spoon of vegetable oil, 100 g of non-sweet curd.
Before bedtime: A cup of green tea sugar free, 1 orange.

Second day
Breakfast: Grapefruit, 100 g of porridge with honey (1 tea spoon), a cup of green tea.
Lunch: 100 g of stewed or boiled vegetables, 150 g of boiled or baked fish.
In an hour after lunch: A cup of green tea with a rusk.
Dinner: Fruit salad (apple, orange, kiwi) dressed with 2 tea spoons of nonfat yogurt, green tea with a rusk.
Before bedtime: A cup of green tea sugar free, 1 orange.

Third day
Breakfast: Orange, 2 boiled eggs, a cup of green tea (with 1 tea spoon of honey).
Lunch: A plate of vegetable soup, 100 g of beef.
In an hour after lunch: A cup of green tea with a date.
Dinner: Beet and prune salad, 100 g of rice.
Before bedtime: A cup of green tea, 1 pomegranate.

Forth day
Breakfast: 150 g of porridge with grated apple and raisins, a cup of green tea.
Lunch: Fresh vegetables salad, 150 g of chicken breast (boiled).
In an hour after lunch: A cup of green tea with 1-2 pieces of prune.
Dinner: Sea cabbage salad, 150 g of baked in foil fish.
Before bedtime: A cup of green tea sugar free, 1 apple.

Fifth, sixth, seventh days repeat first three days diet menu.

Weight loss: 3-5 kg for a week
