  3. Add this water along with half a banana in the blender.

  6. Add ice cubes, how many ever according to your need.
  7. If not for a blender, take all this in a jar and transfer to the mixer.

  9. Add water, if necessary to reach the consistency you desire.
  10. It can be taken as morning breakfast immediately, or during the evenings after your workout session.
