Face packs for fair skin

Rice flour and tea water face pack

*Tea water
*Rice flour
*Honey
– Mix half table spoon of honey with one cup of tea water and two table spoons of rice flour. Mix all of the ingredients well and dab on your face by giving massage strokes.
– Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove it out by scrubbing the mask in circular motions. Scrubbing is necessary to remove the dead skin cells, which will help to get the fair tone.
Rice flour in the face pack acts as a scrub and removes the dead skin where as honey is known famous for its skin moisturizing properties.

Turmeric face pack

*Turmeric
*Lemon juice
*Gram flour
*Milk
– Take two table spoons of milk in a bowl and add it one half table spoon of lemon juice, half table spoon of turmeric and two table spoons of gram flour.
– Mix all the ingredient well and dab it on your face, leave it for 15 minutes until it becomes dry.
– Now rinse off your face with plain water and pat with a cotton cloth.

Milk and honey face pack

*Milk
*Honey
*Lemon juice
– Add a table spoon of milk or milk powder with one table spoon of honey and one table spoon of milk.
– Mix all the three ingredients well and dab on your clean face.
– Leave if for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with normal water.

Yogurt and oatmeal face pack

*Oat meal
*Yogurt
*Tomato
– Prepare out a paste from one table spoon of yogurt, one table spoon of tomato juice and one table spoon of oat meal.
– Apply it on the face and allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes.
– After that rinse off with plain water by rubbing on the face so that oat meal will remove the dead skin.

The other way of using the almonds is, just soak the almonds in water overnight and grind it to the paste in the morning. Mix the paste with little bit butter milk and leave it for 15 minutes.   3. Lastly, let is stay on your skin for about 15 minutes before rinsing it off using normal water. You are done!

Frequency:

You should use this remedy 2-3 times in a week and you will soon see your skin becoming brighter and lighter and it will have a bright and radiant glow. Orange peel is actually packed with vitamin C, even more than the pulp. Vitamin C is terrific for the skin and essential as it is a strong anti-oxidant and thus it protects the skin from free radical damage and prevents it from darkening.

Strawberry and Milk Face Pack

Ingredients required:

  • Ripe strawberries:  a couple of them
  • Milk: as needed

Procedure:

  1. First of all, mash up the strawberries to obtain a pulpy paste. You can use a blender or a fork or some other utensil for this purpose.
  2. Then, take the strawberry mash in a mixing bowl and combine it together thoroughly with a little bit of milk so that you can obtain a mixture of a thick and smooth paste-like consistency. You can adjust the quantity of the milk to obtain the desired consistency.
  3. After that, cleanse your face first and then apply the resultant mixture all over your face and neck using gentle circular massaging motions.
  4. Lastly, let is stay on your skin for about 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off using normal water. You are done!

Frequency:

Use this terrific remedy 2 or 3 times in a week to lighten and brighten your skin and impart a rosy glow to the skin. The strawberry contains anti-oxidants and salicylic acid which helps cleanse the skin well. Whereas, milk is also packed with nutrients and it also has compounds which help lighten and brighten the skin while also nourishing and conditioning it properly.
