  • Take 1/4th cup of fresh, rinsed parsley leaves (you can leave them whole, or finely chop them) and place them at the bottom of a teacup.
  • Add 1 cup of boiled water to it and let it steep for 5-10 minutes (Alter the steep time according to your personal taste).
    Strain the tea.
  • Add sugar or locally sourced honey to sweeten it. (Optional)

Directions of use:

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds to 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for ten minutes, then strain and consume it.
