Ingredients required:

  • Full-fat milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Oatmeal: 1 tablespoon
  • Manuka honey: a few drops

  1. Start by making a mixture of 1 tablespoon of milk (buttermilk or regular milk), 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and a few drops of honey.
