Milk and Honey Mask for Soft,Silky, Healthy Hair

This is a pretty simple hair treatment that works great for brittle, damaged hair. The honey will leave a lustrous shine while the natural fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals found in milk have the ability to strengthen and fortify cells, including hair cells to make hair grow healthy. Take

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Procedure:

  1. warm-up milk and add honey to it.
  2. stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Massage this concoction into your hair, making sure you cover all the way to the tips.
  4. Place a shower cap over hair.
  5. Leave for 15- 20 minutes before you rinse it out, then shampoo with Luke warm water.

Milk-honey-banana hair mask

Ingredients required:

  • Ripe banana: 1
  • Extra virgin coconut oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Manuka honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk: half a cup
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Hair color applicator: 1

Preparation:

  1. Crack an egg, separate the egg white from the yolk.
  2. Whip it well, keep it aside for a while.
  3. Cut the banana into thin slices and blend it well to make a paste of medium consistency.
  4. Now add all the ingredients in a bowl to make a thick paste, break the lumps.

Application:

  1. Divide your hair into small sections.
  2. Take a generous amount of the hair mask with your hair color applicator.
  3. Apply it evenly all over your hair from the roots to the tips.
  4. Keep it on around 20 minutes.
  5. Wash it off with cold water.

  • Mashed ripe avocado pulp: 2 teaspoons
  • Mashed banana: half a cup
