Natural Tea For Weight Loss

Ingredients:

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Oolong tea leaves: 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. In a saucepan, put 2 cups of water and put it on stove.
  2. Wait till the water boils.
  3. Once the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of oolong tea leaves to it.
  4. After 3 minutes, turn off the stove.
  5. Strain the liquor and place the tea in a cup and drink it.
  6. Drink this tea every day after every meal for 4 weeks to see the difference.

This tea helps in reducing the body fat and improves the metabolism. It also reduces bad cholesterol present in the body. Once a study was done where 102 obese people were made to drink oolong tea after every meal for 6 weeks and it was found that their weight was reduced substantially. Also, this tea has a very fruity aroma which makes you feel it good and happy. It does not taste bad at all.

GREEN TEA

Ingredients:

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Green tea leaves: 1 tsp
  • Lemon: 1/2

STEPS

  1. Put two cups of water on a stove and wait till the water starts to boil.
  2. Then, add a teaspoon of green tea leaves to it and turn off the  stove after 2- 3 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquor. Put this tea in a cup and squeeze half a lemon in it.
  4. Drink this tea three times a day. Drink this tea three times a day after every meal.
  5. Drink this for 4-5 weeks continuously and you will feel the difference yourself.

Green tea is a well known tea for weight loss. It contains catechins which is an antioxidant which helps in improving the metabolism and reduces fat substantially. It cuts on the excess body fat and deletes bad cholesterol from the body. It improves our metabolism and thus stimulates weight loss process. Lemon juice also removes the excess oil and cholesterol from the body and clears out the system which helps you reduce weight.

BLACK TEA

Ingredients:

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Tea leaves: 1 tsp
  • Lemon: 1
  • Honey: 2 tsp

STEPS

  1. Put two cups of water in a saucepan on stove.
  2. Wait till the water starts to  boil.
  3. Once the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of tea leaves to it.
  4. Then, turn off the gas stove after 3-4 minutes.
  5. Strain the Liquor and put it in a cup.
  6. Add two teaspoons of honey and squeeze a lemon in this water.
  7. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  8. Drink this tea with every meal.
  9. Drink this tea every day for a month for visible and effective results.

Black tea gets its colour due to oxidation. Oxidation is a process or a chemical reaction which happens when tea leaves are exposed to the air/oxygen and becomes dark in colour. Once a study was done on several obese people, they were made to drink  black tea three times a day, everyday for 3 months and a substantial loss in their weight was found in this study. Lemon and honey clears the system and also helps you get rid of various gut problems like constipation. It cuts on the excess fat present in the body and stimulates fat burning thus results in weight loss.

WHITE TEA

Ingredients:

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Tea leaves: 1 tsp
  • Fat free milk: 2 tsp

STEPS

  1. Add 2 cups of water in a saucepan and put it on stoves.
  2. Turn on the gas and wait till the water starts to boil.
  3. Once the water is boiled add a teaspoon of tea leaves to it.
  4. Then, after a minute add two teaspoons of fat free milk to it.
  5. Turn off the gas after 2 minutes.
  6. Strain the liquor and put it in a cup and drink this tea.
  7. Drink this tea after every meal.
  8. Drink it every day for a month to see the visible results.

White tea not only helps in reducing the weight by burning the body fat but it also helps in maintaining the oral health, also it prevents cancer in various parts of the body. It breaks down the fatty cells and prevents the new fatty cells from being formed.

ROOIBOS TEA

Ingredients:

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Rooibos Tea leaves: 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Add two cups of water in a saucepan and put it on stove.
  2. Now, wait till the water strats to boil.
  3. Once the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of rooibos tea leaves to it.
  4. Turn off the stove gas after 3 minutes.
  5. Strain the liquor, then our the tea in a cup and add a teaspoon of lemon juice to it.
  6. Drink this tea everyday with or after every meal.
  7. Drink this tea daily for a month and you will see a substantial loss in your weight.

Rooibos tea is considered the best tea to lose weight. It not only helps in burning the excess fat from your body but also makes you feel energetic as it improves stamina as well. Lemon juice cleans out the system by removing toxins out of our body and thus reduces weight. Studies have been done on obese rats, where obese rats were made to drink rooibos tea or a month and a significant amount of weight loss was witnessed in them, which not only made them fit but the rats became more energetic.
