Most effective natural ways to lighten your skin

Many of us wants to change our skin color, but there is no way to do it. Its impossible but yes you can improve your skin complexion.

Below there are some natural ways that will help in skin lightening:

1.Drink lot of water, include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and avoid too much exposure to strong sunlight

2.Mix a tsp of curd, fresh lemon juice and honey and apply it on the face. It helps to lighten skin color.

3.Mix chick pea powder in a little water and apply to the face. After 15-20 minutes, wash it off with cold water. This lightens your skin tone.

4. Use of natural scrub like oatmeal (add warm water to oatmeal, mix it well to form a paste) helps to remove dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation. Mix oatmeal paste with few drops of lemon juice, apply it on face and wash after 20 minutes to improve complexion naturally.

5.Dry lemon peels well, powder it and store it. It can be added to your home made face packs as it has natural bleaching properties.
