When you wanna look fresh instantly, exfoliation is one of the fastest possible way. You can use any mild scrubber available in market but if you are a fan of natural products, oats is a great choice. Today I will share 5 recipes to natural exfoliate your facial skin that you can easily prepare with oats
1) Simple oatmeal scrub
Take 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and add a little bit of warm water (3 tablespoons of water or more), wait for about 5-10 minutes, until oats become soft.
Gently, in circular motions, massage your clean face with this scrub to exfoliate your skin; massage for 1-2 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm and then, cold water (cold water will help close your pores).
2) Homemade face scrub with Oatmeal and warm milk
Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with a little bit of warm milk (milk should be only slightly warmed up; it shouldn’t be too hot, and must be comfortable to touch). Wait for 5-10 minutes, until the substance becomes soft and then, use this oatmeal facial scrub the same way, as the previous one.
3) Baking soda and oatmeal homemade face scrub
Some people love using baking soda, as a gentle facial exfoliator, but we recommend combining it with the oatmeal.
Mix oatmeal with baking soda in equal proportions. Add a little bit of warm water and leave the substance for 5 minutes in a bowl, until it turns into a soft paste.
Gently massage your face with this natural facial scrub, avoiding the eye area. Rinse your face with warm and then, cold water.
4) This homemade face scrub will help to sooth, exfoliate, cleanse and hydrate your skin.
First, make a cucumber paste in your blender. Mix 2 tablespoons of cucumber paste with 1 teaspoon of rosehip oil, 1 teaspoon of argan oil, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of milk. Mix well all the ingredients and leave the substance to get ready (it takes about 5 minutes), wait until oatmeal gets soft.
Gently rub your face with this wonderful, nourishing, facial scrub, avoiding the eye area (you can also use it as your body scrub); then, rinse your skin with warm and finish up with splashes of cold water.

Mix whole milk, honey and extra virgin olive oil in equal proportions (you will need about 1 tablespoon of each ingredient), then, add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Leave the paste for 5-10 minutes in a bowl, until oatmeal becomes soft; then, gently exfoliate your face, massaging it for 1 or 2 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cold water. This amazing, nourishing facial treatment will not only exfoliate, but also soften and moisturize your skin, making it softer and adding beautiful glow.
