YOGURT AND TOMATO

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt – 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato juice – 1 tablespoon

Procedure:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt and tomato juice in a bowl.
  2. Gently apply the mixture on your face.
  3. Permit it to stay for about 30 minutes.
  4. Wash your face with water and pat dry.
  5. Repeat the process twice a week for desired results.

Tomato acts as an effective tan remover. It also reduces dark spots and also cleanse the pores and removes excess oil. Yogurt moisturizes the skin and keeps it stiff.

GRAM FLOUR AND TURMERIC

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour – 1 cup
  • Turmeric – 1 tablespoon

Procedure:

  1. Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder in a bowl.
  2. To this, add 1 cup of gram flour.
  3. Add water to the mixture and combine it well till you get a paste-like consistency.
  4. Gently apply the paste on your skin.
  5. Permit it to dry for 15 minutes.
  6. Wash off your face with lukewarm water.
  7. Use it regularly to remove your tan completely.

  3. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the papaya pieces.
  4. Mix well until you get a paste-like consistency.

  • Buttermilk – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Oatmeal – 2 teaspoons

  1. Take 2 teaspoons of oatmeal in a bowl.
  2. Add some water to it and allow it to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. To this, add 2-3 tablespoons of buttermilk.
  4. Mix the contents thoroughly to form a paste-like consistency.
  5. Apply the paste to your tanned areas.
  6. Gently massage it in a circular motion.
  7. Permit to stay for about 20 minutes.
  8. Wash off your face with clean water.
  9. You will get a fresh and radiant skin.

  3. To this, add 1 teaspoon of each lemon juice and milk.
