- Laugh out loudly- by doing this your facial muscles stretches and contrasts well, so this acts as good exercise for face and cheeks.
- Open our mouth fully- for this, open your mouth completely and leave it like that for few seconds and then close it, again repeat the same procedure and then close it.
- Tap on cheeks- you have to tap your cheeks by using fingers, tap 10 times and wait for few seconds and then repeat the same again. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
- Pronounce X and O- you must pronounce X and O 10 times and wait for few seconds and then repeat the same. Do this 4 times.
- Pop your mouth- close your mouth and pop your cheeks, then take the air from left cheek to right cheek. Do this 10 times repeatedly.
- Make fish lips- contract your cheeks inside and pop out the lips (make your lips as fish) and then leave it like that for 10 seconds and then release.
- Lift your cheeks- in this lift your cheeks from the end point of lips with the help of hand and keep it like that for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat like this 4 times.
