Massage is the best way to pamper you skin as it remove all dirt and other impurities and also rejuvenate your skin with glow. When massaging, one should be very careful and always follow basic guidelines, otherwise massage will injure your skin.
Below we have listed basic guidelines for facial massage.
Step 1 – First sit in a comfortable position and relax your body
Step 2 – Start with forehead
In this you have to use both hands. Put tips of index, middle and ring figure between the eyebrows.Move towards the right temple, follow the skin above eyebrows. Press the temple to fix the skin.Then straighten the forehead using in an upward direction from the brow to the border of the scalp.
Repeat the same with left hand for other half of forehead. Each side massage 10 fold
Step 3 – Massage eye socket
close your eyes, the middle finger of your left hand push the outer corner of the left eye (the skin did not budge). Middle finger of the right hand massage from the outer corner of the eye along the lower eyelid to the inner corner, and from here on the upper eyelid to the outer corner (about 6 times). Then change hands and in the same way massage your skin around your right eye.
Step 4 – Massage your cheeks
You have to use both hands at same time, put your thumbs near lower jaw corner and the pads of your index, middle and ring in the middle of the nose, and follow the pats to auricles through the zygomatic arch
Step 5 – Massage moth and chin
From the middle of the chin on the lower jaw to the ear lobe, from the corners of the mouth to the bottom of the ear and after that from the upper lip to the top of the ear
Step 6 – Massage nose
