There is a way to use lemon for weight loss and here it is

You will need:

– 125 grams of horseradish
– 4 lemons
– 3 teaspoons honey
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon
– 2 cm ginger root

– Water (As Needed)

Blend the ginger and horseradish and then add a lemon juice. Stir the mixture well. At the end the honey is added, and is blended again until an even mixture is obtained. After you put the mixture in a jar place the jar in the fridge. Consume the syrup 2 times a day, for 3 weeks. It should be consumed before meals or exercise. After 3 weeks, make a break for a couple of days.
