Sometimes there is a situation, when we are going on some vacations or we have some important event to attend and we are little bit worried about our period dates. The best possible way is to get them early so that you are 100% tension free. There are many natural ways to get your periods early and they are 100% free as they do not directly affect your hormones.
Tip 1 – Papaya can be your best friend
Papaya is rich in carotene. It can stimulate estrogen, a hormone that controls the menstrual cycle in women. Apart from papaya you can also include other carotene rich food like pineapple, pumpkin, eggs, carrots, spinach etc.. in your diet
Tip 2 – Ginger tea
2 cup of ginger tea in a day is enough. Do not take more than 2 as it might cause restlessness or hot flashes in some cases. And if ginger tea is not your thing, then drink a glass of ginger juice with jaggery in the morning, empty stomach.
Tip 3 – Sex involvement
During sex hormones released by your body during intercourse will help induce periods.
Tip 4 – Hot water compress
Do you know that hot water pack can also help you get early menses? All you need to do is place a hot water pack on your lower abdomen for 10-15 minutes daily till you get your periods.
Tip 5 – You need more vitamin C
Take more fruits that are rich in Vitamin C, like kiwis, tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, orange, lemon and parsley for early menses.

Fenugreek seeds – Simply boil the seeds in water, strain them and drink the water.
Fennel seeds – Just mix 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds in a glass of water in night, strain the water and drink it in the morning.
Coriander seeds – Boil 1 teaspoon of seeds in 2 cups of water and let it reduce to 1 cup of water. Strain the seeds and drink this concoction thrice a day for a few days.
Carom seeds – Boil 1 teaspoon of carom seeds, 1 teaspoon of jaggery in 1 glass of water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Sesame seeds – Have spoonful of sesame seeds 2 times a day with hot water. You can even have spoonful of fried or plain seeds with honey, 2-3 times a day with hot water.
