2.Vitamin C

Citrus fruits such as sweet lime ,orange ,lemon ,grape fruit etc. are rich in Vitamin C. Vitamin C prepones your period rapidly . Vitamin C tablets are also readily available which can be consumed to induce periods at a faster rate. 3.Jaggery and Turmeric

Another method to usher your menstruation early is by inducing heat which in turn increases the body temperature. Due to the increase in body temperature the rate of the contractions also increases thus inducing early menstruation.

Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of jaggery in a glass of lukewarm water. This mixture should be consumed twice daily for a duration of 2 -3 weeks prior to the expected date of the periods.

5.Pineapple

Pineapple contains bromelain which induces the menstruation at a faster rate thus preponing your periods.
