Ingredients:

  • shredded coconut – 2 cups
  • Water – 4 cups

Procedure:

  1. Take 4 cups of water into a pan and heat it slightly. Ensure that it is not boiled.
  2. Shred the coconut and blend it well with water to get a thick paste.
  3. Filter the paste through a soft cloth.

Ingredients:

  • Almonds – 7
  • Coconut milk – 5-6 drops

Procedure:

  1. Soak 7 almonds in water for the whole night.
  2. Next morning, Peel off the almond skin and blend it to a smooth paste.
  3. To this, add 5-6 drops of coconut milk.
  4. Mix the components thoroughly.

  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Rose water – 1/2 cup

  2. To this, add 2 tablespoons of oats powder and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  3.  Mix the components thoroughly.
  4. Gently apply it on your skin and massage it.
  5. Permit it to stay for about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

  2. Apply a thin layer of paste on the sunburnt areas.
