In few weeks many users have asked me how to slim down face. So here are few tips that can reduce fat from your face and you can see changes in just 7 weeks

#1. Change your diet

You can’t focus on one area only, you have to reduce fat from whole body and for that you should first change your diet. Eat foods with high fiber, high water content and low energy density. You can start your day with banana.

If you are planning to reduce weight, never eat corn flakes in breakfast. It increases your hunger.

#2. Note down your calories intake

Okay so you have one goal to achieve and for this you should note down your day by day calorie intake. If you are a woman, your calorie intake should be under 1500 and for men it should be under 1800

#3. Cut salt and sugar

A very strict no to sweetened drink. Also cut salt amount that you take daily. Both salt and sugar should be minimum in your dose

#4. Now do some face yoga that directly cut fat from face

Exercise 1

Widen your eyes and stare at a particular point in front of your face. Hold your face for ten seconds, and then relax it. Do this four times.
Make a fish face by sucking in your cheeks. Do this five times.

Fill your mouth with air. Press your lips together and close your mouth. Now move the trapped air from one side to the other. Keep doing this for 5 minutes to get rid of chubby cheeks.
