1. Corn Flour- 2 teaspoons
Corn flour contains vitamin A, which is helpful in reducing
dark spots. It is a good source of calcium and iron and these minerals help in skin cell regeneration.
2. Baking soda – 2 teaspoon
Baking soda exfoliates the skin and removes dead skin.
3. Milk – 2 teaspoon
Milk contains lactic acid. It cleanses the skin deeply and makes it fair.
4. Coconut Oil – 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties. It heals, moisturize and nourishes the skin.
In a clean bowl, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of corn flour, 1 teaspoons of coconut oil and 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix all the ingredients very well and make a smooth paste.
Apply this mask/pack on your dark elbows, dark knees, dark underarms or feet for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes wash the skin with water.
Apply this pack 3 times a week on every alternate day, to get the best results.
