Recipe #1. Milk Ubtan Face Mask

To prepare this recipe, you will need

  • 1 Tbsp of sandalwood powder
  • ½ Tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp of besan flour
  • 2 Tbsp of raw milk
  1. Take a small mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients into it.
  2. Add the raw milk into the ingredients kept in the bowl.
  3. Use a spoon and mix the ingredients well to make a smooth paste.
  4. Make sure that there are no lumps present inside the obtained paste.
  5. Cleanse your face well with running cold water.
  6. Take a tadbit of this paste and apply it all over your face.
  7. Gently massage your face with the applied paste using your fingertips for 5 minutes.
  8. Leave the paste to dry for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Rinse your face thoroughly with running cold water and pat dry it with a clean towel.

Do not use any soap or cleanser while washing your face to obtain the benefits.

To prepare this recipe, you will need

  • 1 Tbsp of wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp of sandalwood powder
  • 2 Tbsp of rose water
  • 1 Tbsp of besan/chickpea flour
  • ½ Tbsp of turmeric powder
  1. Take  a clean mixing bowl and put all the dry ingredients into it.
  2. Add the rose water slowly into the dry ingredients kept in the bowl.
  3. Blend the ingredients well using a spoon to make a fine paste.
  4. Pour more rose water is the consistency of the paste is too thick or if it has lumps.
  5. Wash your face well with running cold water and pat dry it with a clean towel.

  • a few drops of Rose water
  1. Take  a clean blender and add the masoor dal, oats and almonds into it.

  1. Take  a clean blender and add all the dry ingredients into it.

  3. Transfer the ground powder into a clean mixing bowl and add the raw milk into it.
  4. Pour the sweet almond oil into the mix and blend the ingredients well until it turns to a fine paste.
  5. Make sure that there are no lumps present inside the paste.
