Remove Makeup Before Sleeping

Makeup is a layer that sits on the skin. However, if you leave it sitting on your face for too long, it can cause skin damage. It is important that you remove your makeup before you retire to bed in order to protect your skin from any damage. This will help in keeping the pores open and breathing.

DIY Makeup Remover

Things you will need:

 Witch Hazel  2 tbsp
 Jojoba Oil  2 tbsp
 Water  2 tbsp
 Castor Oil  1 Tsp
 Almond Oil  1 Tsp
 Coconut Oil  1 Tsp
 Vitamin E Oil  1-2 capsules

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass dropper bottle, add witch hazel, jojoba oil, water, castor oil, almond oil, coconut oil and vitamin E oil in it.
  2. Close the lid and shake well in order to mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Take a cotton pad and add some drops of this solution on it.
  4. Wipe your makeup with it using multiple strokes.
  5. Once done, wipe it clean with a dry towel.

The oils help in detaching the product from the skin and also provide its easy glide-removal. Vitamin E oil fights the ageing signs while other oils hydrate the skin for a healthier look.

Scrub Regularly

By regularly we don’t mean every day, but by regularly we mean adding it to your routine. On average, scrubbing the face twice every week helps in removing the impurities from the pores. This helps in keeping them clean and also keeping problems like acne far away.
