#1. Oatmeal And Honey Face Mask

Things Required:

  Oatmeal   1/2 cup
  Raw honey   1/2 cup
  Grapefruit essential oil   2 drops
  Steam or hot towel   1

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, take about 1/2 cup of dried oatmeal and put it into a grinder or a mixer.
  2. Start grinding the oatmeal until it turns to a fine and smooth powder.
  3. Now put the ground oatmeal powder into a jar.
  4. Then add enough amount of raw honey into the jar that contains the oatmeal.
  5. Now stir the mixture well using a spoon.
  6. Then add a few drops of the grapefruit essential oil into the jar and mix it with the mixture.
  7. If you are using grapefruit essential oil for the first time, then it is better if you do a patch test before adding it in the mixture. While doing the patch test, you have to mix 1 drop of the oil along with 1 tbsp of any carrier oil and apply it on your elbow or leg part. If you do not find any side effects, then you can continue using them on your face.
  8. Now take a hot towel and place it on your face and leave it to be there for about 3 minutes. You can also use steam for opening the pores present in your skin.
  9. Then remove the hot towel and start applying the paste all over your face and neck.
  10. Now allow the mixture to get dry for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Things Required:

  Ripe Tomato   1
  Fresh lime juice   2 to 4 drops
  Cotton pad   1

  1. Firstly, take a fresh tomato and peel off the outer layer completely from it.
  2. Then cut the tomato into a few small slices.
  3. Now put the tomato slices into a blender or a mixer.
  4. Grind the tomato pieces until it turns to a fine and smooth solution.
  5. Then filter the ground tomato using a filter or a strainer.
  6. Strain about 1/2 cup of tomato juice separately in a small bowl.
  7. Then take a fresh lemon and squeeze about 2 to 4 drops of fresh lime juice directly into the tomato juice.
  8. Stir the solution well for a few seconds.
  9. After that, take a cotton pad and dip it completely inside the juice mixture.
  10. Then start applying the juice mixture all over your face using the cotton pad.
  11. Allow the mixture to get dry for about 15 minutes.
  12. Now you can use warm or cold water and start rinsing your face. Then pat the area with a clean towel to make it dry.
  13. Prefer applying moisturizer to prevent any dryness issues.

  Egg white   1
  Boiling water   1/2 cup
  Fresh plain yogurt   2 tbsp

  1. Firstly, place a bowl and fill it with hot boiling water.
  2. Add the oatmeal mixture into the hot water and stir it well.
  3. Then take an egg and break it to separate the egg white from the yolk.
  4. Put the egg white, raw honey and plain yogurt into the oatmeal mixture kept in the bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients well until it turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  6. Now leave the mixture to get cool down for some time.
  7. Then start applying the obtained mixture all over your face and neck using the fingertips.
  8. Allow the mixture to be there on your face for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. After that, rinse your face with warm or cold water and pat it dry with a clean towel.

  Egg white   2 tbsp

  1. Firstly, place a small bowl and add all the given ingredients one by one into it.
  2. As soon apple cider vinegar gets in touch with the baking soda, there will be some acidic reaction taking place inside the bowl between these two ingredients.
  3. Leave the mixture for some time until the acidic reactions stop naturally.
  4. Now stir the ingredients well using a spoon.
  5. Then start applying the mixture all over your face using your fingertips.
  6. Leave the mixture to stay on your face for about 10 to 15 minutes. Do not leave the mask to be there on your face for more than 15 minutes as it might cause some side effects on your skin.
  7. Then gently massage your face with the applied face mask for about 2 minutes.
